Shipping Within New Zealand

We're pleased to ship across both the North and South Islands, including rural addresses and offshore spots like Waiheke Island.

NZ Shipping Rates: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all NZ orders over $100 NZD. For orders under $100, rates will be calculated at checkout.

We currently ship to Australia via DHL Express, with more international destinations coming soon.

To ensure your premium Manuka honey arrives fast and secure, we use DHL Express.
Important: Due to strict biosecurity regulations, we cannot ship honey products to Western Australia (WA) and Kangaroo Island (SA).

  • Tax-Exempt Checkout: Prices and shipping rates shown at checkout **do not include Australian GST or import duties**.
  • Recipient Responsibility (DDU): All potential customs duties, GST, and administrative fees imposed by the Australian government are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • High-Value Orders (Over AUD $1,000): Orders exceeding AUD $1,000 will be held by Australian Customs for formal clearance. The recipient must pay:
    • GST (10%): Charged on the total value (Product + Shipping + Insurance).
    • Import Processing Charge: Government fees (approx. AUD $50–$100).
  • Consolidation Warning: If multiple orders arrive at the border simultaneously, their values may be combined. If the total exceeds AUD $1,000, high-value taxes will apply.
  • Restricted Regions: Shipping to Western Australia (WA) and Kangaroo Island is strictly prohibited. Orders to these addresses will be cancelled.

Product Care

Manuka honey is naturally stable. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place upon arrival.

If your order is damaged or lost, contact us at yourdaysnz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve it promptly.
